Integrated Processing Solution Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice describes the privacy practices of MasterCard Worldwide ("we" or "us" or "MasterCard") in connection with csrhw.mastercardworldwide.com and csrsw.mastercardworldwide.com (collectively the "Site") Web sites.

Information We Obtain

You have been given access to this Site solely to utilize the Portfolio Viewer of the Integrated Processing Solution (IPS) Platform according to the terms of the Processing Services Agreement ("Agreement") between the company on whose behalf you are accessing the Site (the "Subscriber") and MasterCard. In order to fulfill your and the Subscriber's request and provide such access, we may ask you for personal details, such as your name, work email address and work telephone numbers. We may receive information about you from the Subscriber when that Subscriber provides us, directly or indirectly, with a list of users who may access this Site according to the terms of the Agreement, as well as the level of access to the Site.

 

[For non-US clients][This Site and the information collected through it are stored in the United States and therefore all personal data collected are transferred to the United States. By using this Site, you agree to such data transfers. We may transfer European residents' personal data to our European affiliates, but in such cases we retain the right to transmit the data back to the United States.]

 

When you log in to the Site our log files capture your log-in name in conjunction with the date, your IP address, browser type, browser version and other information regarding your computer at the time of log in to help us troubleshoot any system issues.

 

How We Use Information

Information collected through or in connection with this Site is used in accordance with the Agreement and for the purpose for which it was provided or collected, including: to allow you access to and use the Site, to contact you, for security purposes, to ensure appropriate Site functioning and usage, to ensure compliance with the Agreement, to enhance your experience, to improve the content and architecture of the Site, or to troubleshoot technical issues. Moreover, we may use such information in relation to our providing services and information that you have requested.

 

We may use the information collected through or in connection with this Site as directed by the Subscriber.

 

How We Share Information

We do not share or disclose personal information about you, except as described here. If you are accessing this Site on behalf of a Subscriber, we may share your personal information with that Subscriber. Additionally, that Subscriber may access your personal information directly through the Site.

In accordance with the terms of the Agreement, we reserve the right to transfer any information we have about you in the event we sell or transfer all or a portion of our business or assets.

 

Security

We have reasonable technical, physical and administrative methods designed to safeguard the personal information we collect online. Further detailed security measures may be specified in the Agreement. As part of these measures, you should keep your username and password secure. If you believe they may have been compromised, you should contact your security administrator immediately.

 

Access to Your Data

If you would like to know what personal information we may have about you, please contact your security administrator. They may have the ability through the Site to access, update and correct your personal information and they will contact us as necessary.

 

Your Choices

If you have access to this Site, we require your personal information for such access. Only after such access is removed can your personal information be removed from the Portfolio Viewer, however copies of the data may be retained as otherwise required by business and legal requirements. Thus, after your access to the Site has been terminated, you can contact your security administrator to remove your personal information.

 

Updates to this Privacy Notice

Changes to this Privacy Notice will become effective when those changes are posted to the Site in accordance with the Agreement. Please review this Notice periodically to ensure continuing familiarity with its most current provisions, and so you are aware of any changes or updates. We indicate above the effective date of this Notice.

If you would like to access, update or correct personal information we may have about you, please contact your security administrator. They may have the ability through the Site to access, update and correct your personal information. If they cannot succeed in doing so, please have them contact us.
